PRE-SALES AGREEMENT

IMPORTANT: Please read the following terms carefully before completing your purchase.

1. The purchased product/service is digital content (such as PDF training modules, e-learning materials, certificates, etc.) and will be delivered to the customer instantly upon completion of the purchase.
2. Due to the nature of digital products, they are non-refundable and non-cancellable. Once the payment is completed, the product/service becomes immediately accessible to the customer, therefore no right of withdrawal applies.
3. By completing the purchase, the customer hereby confirms and declares that:
   • The product/service has been delivered,
   • The related digital files/access have been successfully received,
   • The service has been provided.
4. Any chargeback or dispute claims stating “product/service not received” are invalid. This agreement and delivery records will be used as evidence before Stripe or the customer’s bank.
5. Before completing the purchase, the customer is required to check the confirmation box, thereby acknowledging that they have read, understood, and accepted this agreement.

📌 Note: This agreement is designed to protect digital content sellers from fraudulent users attempting to initiate chargebacks by claiming they did not receive the service/product.
